SPPU students were hunting for notes and papers across Telegram and WhatsApp groups. In 2025 I built one place for all of it, with its own payments, content delivery and admin tools. Students from 100+ colleges now pay for it.

SPPU Engineers
A production-grade ed-tech platform for SPPU engineering students, centralizing academic resources, internships and opportunities across 100+ colleges. It has generated ₹4.1L+ in revenue from 3,672 paid enrollments, and driven 6.35M+ Google Search impressions with 272K+ organic clicks. Built with Firebase authentication, automated Cashfree payment workflows, and an admin dashboard that manages content, revenue and enrollments in real time.
Vidyaan
A live training and placement-prep platform for engineering students, with real-time classes, proctored mock tests, coding practice, and AI-assisted interview prep in one place. Every quiz answer is graded server-side, so the correct option never reaches a student's browser early. Winner of Best Start-up Project at SIT Lonavala's Start-up Expo, and load-tested at 500 concurrent quiz submissions with zero data-integrity errors.
HaltLine: AI Revenue Recovery Decision Agent
HaltLine is a decision agent built for Razorpay merchants that recovers revenue from payment failures likely to succeed on retry. The core idea is that the AI proposes a recovery action, but a separate deterministic policy engine has final authority over whether it actually runs. Built for the Razorpay AI Buildathon 2026, it processes real payment.failed webhooks end to end: verifying, classifying, deciding, and if approved, creating a real Razorpay Payment Link.
