Founded and built a production-grade edu-tech platform for engineering students of Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). The platform centralizes academic resources, internships, scholarships, events, and official updates, while handling real payments, automated content delivery, and admin operations at scale through a fully login-free user experience.

Key Achievements:

  • Designed and developed a mobile-first, responsive web platform using clean HTML, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript
  • Built an end-to-end payment pipeline using Cashfree webhooks with signature verification and secure order validation
  • Implemented automated handling and cleanup of failed, pending, and abandoned payment transactions
  • Engineered instant post-payment content delivery by automating access to 14+ Google Drive repositories
  • Developed a production-grade Admin Dashboard to manage enrollments, payments, pricing, coupons, referrals, and semester packs
  • Built admin workflows to post and manage internships, jobs, scholarships, events, and student opportunities
  • Integrated Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage) for role-based admin access, data storage, and secure backend operations
  • Implemented student query, feedback, and support tracking directly within the admin system
  • Added placement preparation tools including SGPA/CGPA calculators and structured academic utilities
  • Integrated official SPPU announcements, timetables, and updates into a centralized student feed
  • Optimized site structure and SEO, achieving strong Google rankings for key SPPU-related search terms
  • Scaled the platform to serve thousands of SPPU students with minimal manual intervention through automation-first design
