Founder & Full-Stack Developer
SPPU Engineers is an ed-tech platform I built for engineering students under Savitribai Phule Pune University, now used across 100+ colleges. It centralizes study materials, internships and opportunities, and runs real payments and content delivery for thousands of students. The platform has generated ₹4.1L+ in revenue from 3,672 paid enrollments, and driven 6.35M+ Google Search impressions with 272K+ organic clicks.

Key Achievements:
- Designed an idempotent payment fulfillment system where a Cashfree webhook, a polling fallback and a cron backstop all route through one atomic transaction, so a duplicate or delayed confirmation never double charges a student
- Built multi method authentication (Google sign in, magic link, mobile OTP) with per device session tracking, so a student can see and revoke their own logins from any device
- Built a 17 section role based admin panel covering users, enrollments, transactions, coupons, content and a campus ambassador referral program with UPI payouts
- Built an in house analytics pipeline on Firestore aggregation, showing real time revenue and conversion funnel breakdowns by branch, semester and pattern
- Integrated the Google Search Console API through a daily cron job, syncing real organic search performance directly into the admin dashboard
- Wrote Firestore security rules backed by a dedicated emulator test suite, with default deny access on every sensitive collection
- Built the study materials engine with branch, semester and subject organization, an in-app PDF viewer, and enrollment based unit locking
- Grew the platform to ₹4.1L+ in revenue and 3,672 paid enrollments across 100+ colleges, driven by 6.35M+ Google Search impressions
Full-Stack Developer Intern
Worked as a Full-Stack Developer Intern on a web-based campus utility platform, contributing to core user-facing features and internal management workflows. The project focused on student enrollment, authentication, and admin-side visibility, simulating real-world product development in a team environment.
