SPPU Engineers
A production-grade ed-tech platform built for SPPU engineering students, serving 10,000+ students across 100+ colleges and generating 1.1M+ impressions with 36K+ organic visits. The platform centralizes academic resources, internships, and opportunities with Firebase authentication, automated payment workflows, and admin-controlled content delivery.
Problem
SPPU engineering students face fragmented access to both academic and career-related resources. Study notes and previous year papers are scattered across Telegram groups, WhatsApp forwards, and outdated blogs, while internships, scholarships, and technical events are difficult to track due to the absence of a single SPPU-focused platform. This fragmentation leads to missed opportunities, low trust in resources, and significant time loss—especially during critical academic periods.
Solution
Built a centralized, SPPU-specific student platform that combines academic content with career and campus opportunities. The system uses Firebase Authentication for secure login, automated payment verification via Cashfree webhooks, and backend workflows on Render. Firebase services manage data, access control, and admin operations, while Google Apps Script delivers instant Google Drive access after successful payments. The platform has scaled to serve 10,000+ students with 1.1M+ organic impressions.
